Smile Re: Central Coast or Sunshine Coast?????

We are having the same problems deciding where to go, we visited Australia in May and fell in love with both the sunshine coast and central coast. Two places we really liked was Bundaberg on the Central Coast and Mooloolaba on the sunshine coast, My husband is an electrician and there are loads of jobs in both places. We are starting to look at houses, we are planning on either buying some land and building or purchasing on a new land estate which there is loads more of in the sunshine coast. Sorry cant really give you some advice but we maybe could help each other decide where is best!

Well we just flipped a coin and we are off to the Sunshine Coast..Decision made.
After researching and more researching we have decided that trade licensing in Queensland is must quicker, and the area seams to offers us more of what we want.
Hope to see you there..X
