I am planning to move to Melbourne by May 2011.
I have two daughters one is 2 years old the other one is 6 years old.
can any body let me know how much do the center link pay for the children and what is the procedure to get it.

It depends on your visa type, you need to go into one of the many centerlink offices when you are there and apply, its much like the tax credits in the uk - the payments depend on your income and circumstances. They are quick at dealing with applications though. You will need a tax number - whether working or not - I think this was used for centerlink but cant be sure I remember clearly.

Don't do anything until you get your tax file numbers sorted, we was told to do it on line anyway, but has our tax codes had not been issued we waited so we went back and did it the good ye olde fashioned way

Australia is not a third world country. Government agencies don't pay for children and its probably best you stop trying to sell them on here.

$28/kg, it's another example of Rip Off Australia.
I'm sure ABCDiamond can find a better price though

I've been trying for nearly 5 years to sell mine. I'm now at the point where I'll pay whoever takes them off my hands.
