This is not for me but a friend in need who is not so good with the old comps. anyhow he is attempting to get to Oz as an air-conditioning engineer and the prospects look good. He has asked me a question that I'm un sure of can his daughter who is above the dependency age come join them if they take Australian citizenship in two years time. i believe she is twenty one with a young child of about 1 y/o.
