Default Cairns and young people

Hi

I'm a new member and I'm going to be moving to Cairns in the next few months, it depends when my house is sold. I've been to Cairns for a holiday and am wondering what there is for younger people to do there and where to meet other younger people (other than the pool by the Esplanade!).

What's the nightlife like and how do people spend their time when they're not at work?

Being there on holiday is very different to moving to there.

Thanks

Laura

Hi Laura.

Here's a flavour of the nightlife

There are loads of clubs, pubs and restuarants.

Apart from the nightlife there is probably a club of some sort to cover most interest. Not just on the sports side of things but also the arts and sciences too.
