Check out the 'any info on bunbury' thread (not sure how to redirect automatically). Once you've checked it, if you have any other questions drop me an email and I'll see what I can do for you.

Cheers

I love Bunbury and Busselton. As we were planning to move out here, we said that we were going to move there, but somehow we stayed in Mandurah. I think eventually, we will move down that way.

Its slightly cheaper for houses down that way too.

Hello yourself,

I run the Wander Inn Backpackers on Clifton Street (just up from Fast Eddies) with my wife. If you're passing feel free to drop by and say hello. Have you been here long? We've been here just over a year and have just bought a house, so I guess we'll be here for a while longer.

Question Re: Bunbury, Perth

"Bunbury, Perth"?

Bunbury is at least two hours from Perth.

I was gonna say, I hope there not planning on commuting to work in Perth each day.
Odd how there's this perception that everything in WA is in Perth.

Bunbury seems to of developed quite a lot over the past few years (as have most of the coastal towns between Perth and the south west region) I think it's the second largest town/city(?) in WA. I guess if you dont have a requirement to come into Perth all that often,(work, social, nightlife, choice etc) then its a pretty good bet, its main appeal for me would be its proximity to Margaret River, Busselton, Yallingup, Dunsborough etc much easier to do weekends away etc than from Perth.
