Not 1 amp at 12 volts for 1 hour but I could be wrong.
A 12 Volt 100 Ampere hour battery, from fully charged to fully flat will supply 12 * 100 = 1200 Wh = 1.2 kWh of energy.

Discharged at 1 Ampere it provides 12 * 1 = 12 W of power.

1 Ampere at 1 Volt for 1 hour = 1 Wh of energy at a power of 1 W.
