Building a house with Mirvac...
Hi,
Hoping someone might be able to help as I know a lot of you have built houses out here!
We're just about to sign the final tender and my other half was wondering whether anyone has been able to successfully negotiate with the builder on cost or are they just fixed?
Any advice would be gratefully received.
