Default buderim, mountain creek or pacific paradise?

we have been offered rentals in all the above places for when we arrive in 4 weeks.
I,ll be commuting to nambour most days and my two lads will be at a primary school.
I,ve heard mountain creek has a good school? but don,t know much about pacific paradise school.
All the places seem great but any advise would be appreciated.
cheers

buderim is closer to nambour & probably the nicest place of the 3, mountain creek is also nice & nearly part of buderim. Both areas have good schools & are close enough to everything you'll need.
I'd be tempted to pass on Pacific paradise.

Hi I live in Buderim / Mountain Creek and have kids at the school from memory its about 2300 pupils....give or take a few so its a pretty big school- personally I love the Mountain Creek area as we rented to start off with in Buderim and the rental was at the top of the hilll (Buderim is the Mountain) so it was freezing cold in Winter! Although it will depend which street you are living on - I worked in realestate in Buderim for the first year - and loved it up there! Mountain Creek and buderim are pretty much joined now so they kinda run into each other - Buderim Pines Estate is really more Mountain Creek.

I agree with the other poster although Pacific Paradise is for some...its not for me! Let me know if you need any advice! Good luck!

Stuart

I would also be tempted to pass on Pacific Paradise, which really doesn't fit my view of paradise. Also, given the current upgrades to the Sunshine Motorway (particularly the impact of the airport link road which is under construction), it is less like paradise than usual.

Buderim would be the best bet in my view, but I don't live in any of those locations so can't comment from experience of living there.
