Yes its hard for first time buyers and I feel for them not being able to buy their first home, they can`t get a mortgage but have to end up paying about £400-£600 in rent, it seems daft. I lost out myself, sold a house 3 years ago at a reasonable price and the sod has tripled since, I feel sick.
But that is the state of this country at the moment and anger and frustration should be directed at the greedy estate agents who are making a mint, over pricing properties and then taking a big percentage for themselves.
