Wheres your cyber hugs for those poor souls??

Yes its hard for first time buyers and I feel for them not being able to buy their first home, they can`t get a mortgage but have to end up paying about £400-£600 in rent, it seems daft. I lost out myself, sold a house 3 years ago at a reasonable price and the sod has tripled since, I feel sick.
But that is the state of this country at the moment and anger and frustration should be directed at the greedy estate agents who are making a mint, over pricing properties and then taking a big percentage for themselves.

Almost as sad as those lucky enough to buy a house low and sell high yet piss and moan on a public forum that it "Is not as high a price as my neighbour got 6 mounths back".

For entertainment we watch the gulllable British public with no grasp of economics moan on forums like this that their crappy hovel is not selling for double its long term average price.

Dont worry in year we will buy it off you for 40% less the current asking price (if you ask nicely)
