Re: Bristol meet
Probably not going to be able to make it guys. It's the first decent weather forecast for weeks, which means off-loading some of the household tat at the car-boot. So assuming an oil-rich sheik doesn't drop by Aston Down airfield and, smitten with our infant-clothing, obscure computer leads and knackered microscope collection, offer me £500 for the lot - I'll be stuck in a field until gone-lunch. Have fun anyway folks ...

Snap, sorry we were looking forward to meeting you all as well.My sad sorry excuse is that hubby's been called in to work and as we need every penny at the mo ,he couldn't refuse.
Have a good one though and have a few more for us!

Re: Bristol meet
How'd it go folks? I managed to make 70 quid down the car boot for a load of crap I'd probably have taken to the tip. How many people ended up going?

Hiya - sorry u guys missed it - we had a great time - always good to meet up with like minded people who love to chat about Oz !!
Rugbymad was talking about arranging another meet early next year and he was buying the drinks !!
Heather
PS - Well done at the boot sale. We really need to do one urgently judging by the state of the loft but I get really bored and hate haggling so end up falling for every sob story and giving the lot away !! Hubby not pleased.
