Hi to anyone who's got there Visa (like us ) or those in the process of applying - or even just thinking about it! If you are in the Bristol - or ex-Avon area etc do you fancy meeting up sometime over the next month? Would be great to meet up with others in the same position.

As we have two small children, a Sat or Sun would be easier. We could do Sun 12 June, Sat 18 + Sun 19.

Any takers???

We are in Keynsham, in between Bath and Bristol.

Would love to join also. We have two children (boy, 7yrs, girl, 5yrs). Heading for Perth (hopefully) on business Visa by end Nov/ beg. Dec.

We will try and fit in dates, but run a small hotel so not always easy to get time off.

I feel like I know half of you lot posted on this thread already (Theresa / Heather!) would be lovely to meet properly but we are pushed for time - need to get shippers organised as we have to be out of the house in eight weeks! :scared: Our weekends are pretty booked up between now and then but if nothing got organised until August we may be able to make it! We leave the country on 27 August, holiday en route in Mauritius and arrive in Sydney 13 September.

Alternatively, a weekday Mothers and Toddlers get together at a suitable child friendly venue for any stay at home mums amongst us?! (Oh damn - I'd have to pass on the gym that day!!!)

BTW, we have three girls, aged 7, 5 and 3.
