Default Brisbane Suburbs

Hi All

Moving out to Brisbane at the end of July and would like some suburb recommendations if possible.

I have a job at Crestmead which is close to Browns Plains and Logan Central, and would like to be within a half hour (ish) commute to my job, but for future prosects would prefer to stay within an hour commute either by train or car of the CBD.

We are a family of four with the children aged 10 and 8, so after all the usual family things, nice area, good schools, activities, shops ect.

any recommendation would be much appreciated.

cheers

Thanks for the help

Daisy Hill has caught our eye before, but will check out the other two as well thanks.

I've had a look at our Brisbane, but I would like to get some recommendations from people on here to narrow the search down a bit and I can't imagine our Brisbane say anything like "stay well away from this area".

cheers

I guess where you are moving from - depends on what you expect here. Rochedale is good and there are new housing estates in the process of being built now. Depends whether you like a city or not? If you do then look at Mount Gravatt, Salisbury area.
