Default Brisbane car insurance

Moving out on 6th May and would be grateful of any tips on who to use for car insurance once we arrive.

We used http://www.budgetdirect.com.au/?LinkId=00612& had to supply letter from Uk insurers saying we had x amount no claims which you should get when you cancel your policy in the UK.

There are loads of different insurance companies just like there are in the UK.

The same approach applies over here - shop around and then shop around some more.
