i am new to this site and think its excellent, must say i am getting addisted to it now

i think i should be off to bed soon working nights and need to sleep but cant get off this site!!

what visa are yopu two going out on then, have yopu been to brisbane before??

lol never been always wanted to though. Yeh you sound like you know what your tlaking about, i have found this site very helpful. We are going on a 457 sponsorship visa my partner already has a job waiting for him in Brisbane which is great. Just me to find work now

Hope you all the best with the job front, gosh i need sleep keys on keyboard looking blurry. at first i didnt have a clue about aus now thanks to all these good folk on here i feel alot more confident like if danny going on about something i pipe up with the answer and hes like how do you know that??
aha its my sectret weapon, if you ever need help theres always someone on here to help there sooo nice, well night night, and if anyone has any more info on any aspect of brisbane and migrating there its deeply appreciated. you are all stars big big ones

Its easier for Shawn to go on his own because he knows Brisbane and we have bothe been there before.

OH is locksmith and safe picker it seems that they have openings in all states so if not thinking about job market just qualitie of the places would you still go melbourne??

No it's not - it's great to go away for a week or so as normal adults rather than parents. You can be parents the other 50-51 weeks of the year and give your kid holidays with you in that time. Nothing at all wrong with having a break on your own.

We came last month on a 457, i had a job waiting for me here. My wife took a few weeks off and started looking for work in admin / office receptionist type work only 3 weeks ago. Her first interview offered her the job, she started the next day! not bad money too and all week she was getting calls for interviews for the other jobs she applied for. There are loads of jobs in Brisbane, i guess it depends on what you do but you should find no real problem.

Good Luck!

P.S. We are a 34/35 couple with no kids (yet) and we love Brisbane, is such a wonderful, warm, laid back city, great shops and good nightlife.

yes employment opportunities will be a large factor in our final decision when we have to make it.
