ViVi,

Not yet, which is quite worrying in itself!

Hi, sent ours off in March, got a negative back by April, not enough evidence of training etc. My hubby learnt all on site, and worked for my dad who has now passed away, so a bit stuck now as to where to getevidence from.

We are quite new to this so I am just trying to get as much info as possible.

Hubby has doing drylining for 18 years as a self employed sub-contractor. He doesn't have any quals just 18 years experience. Trying to get him to remember who's worked for is hard enough.

Although self employed he doesn't have a reg no and he doesn't supply materials his contractor supplies materials and he gets on with the job. But I don't think I can put that on the form!!!!

Hi for your on the job training you will have to do a statutory declaration. In this you will need to put the company he worked for how long he worked there and that it was full time. You will need to explain what training he did and for how long he trained for what tools machinary materials and equipment he used whilst working there.

Hope this helps
