mentioned China Airlines to my sister in law last night as she used to go to Hong Kong a few years back.
She said don't do it! Dried mango was all she was fed! Planes were really old and couldn't really improve on that for feedback!
She said if you'd ever flown via Singapore Airlines u'd be happier rowing yourself there!
As for transit in Chiangi - its brilliant, excellent, and transit hotels good too.
(And as for stoves in the aisle, my parents lived in middle east 20 yrs ago and had to use a few dodgy flights ... best one was with cattle on board, instructed to lift feet off the floor as they came in to land - due to forward floating s*&^!)
