Default Bayside Accommodation

HI
Can anyone (local or not!) reccommend a good holiday letting company in Melbourne?
We are looking for a 2 week let in April but there are so many on the net, I would like to know first hand who is/isnt genuine/reliable?
There are 6 (4 ad/2 youngsters) of us so hotels work out quite expensive so thought holiday home would be better, unless you have any ideas?

Many thanks in advanvce
