what are themost common banks in perth & surrounding areas?

Been asked quite a bit of late do search , we use westpac as recommened by my aussie mate , and they been very good . Try to avoid the fees as much as poss though .

We use ANZ for our mortgage & credit card (for Qantas frequent flyer miles) & HSBC for current account (no bank charges & good interest).

1. If you like branch banking use Westpac or ANZ. Both have good customer service. You would pay monthly fees.

2. For net/phone banking and good interest rate on deposits HSBC would be a good choice. No bank fees at all.

3. If you use ATMs frequently and do net/phone banking then Citibank is good. You will get unlimited use of ATM transactions of any bank for free. No monthly fees if you direct credit your salary.
