bank loans
Hiya,
does anyone know how long I'd have to be living and earning in Oz before the bank would give me a loan? I've got PR and have had my bank account in Oz for 5 years. I'm moving out in November but going to be leaving an outstanding loan in the UK. I'm leaving enough cash to pay the 1st 3 months while I'm in Australia before having to send money back to UK but I'd sooner clear the balance with an Aussie loan, easier to be paying off.
any ideas?
