back from Italy and house is on market
Back from my school trip to Italy with 56 children and 6 of us teachers. Felt a bit sad as I had a great time with all of my colleagues, let's just say many bottles of wine were drunk! Feeling a bit sad to be leaving my job and I will have to hand my notice in on 1st Sept. Not many people know so it will be a bit of a shock.
Our house has just gone on the market, the agent has taken loads of piccies and we will aprove the best and hopefully get viewings from next week. Goodness knows how long it will take to sell.
I am still really keen to go. The outdoor lifestyle is definitely for me, I will just be sad to leave my job.

What part of Surrey are you from? Wer'e in Surbiton and a bit ahead of you in the timeline, but I still need to give my notice at some stage (when the house sale looks near to exchange).
What part of Italy were you in. My wife and I love the place, and would just love to squeeze another week in there before we go.
