Re: Anything go missing from packing to unpacking?
But if everyone complained when it happens then they will start having to believe the customer. Why don't you cc the CEO of the company in on another letter to them. Saying what happened and saying that they didn't belive you.
What has happened to the "The customer is always right"

What has happened to the "The customer is always right" we complained also, but it was not the fault of the packers I know this because it was stuff that I had packed myself under the eyes of the packers and sealed them up myself. the container was then sealed, therefore I can only assume that it was at this end that stuff went a miss....you knew the boxes that customs had been in cos it was different tape they used to seal em up |

Martyn Don't worry the packers always ensure the kettle & mugs are the last things to be packed and the first to be unpacked. One tip, ensure that they put plenty of wrapping round chair legs or any paintwork, vanish or wooden finish will get chipped and scratched. Happy packing. :) |
Re: Anything go missing from packing to unpacking?
hi all
looking round my house i dont think i have too much to send over..ie suite and bed mainly and some kitchen equipment. Other than that its just personal stuff and work related books (im a teacher). My problem would be making a list then forgetting where i put the list. (im always forgetting to log out of this site.. ) Maybe I could list all the things on a computer fob, any other suggestions. regards lolly |
