Hi Simon,

Yep K9 was somewhat of a legend of comp. No doubt he is still going strong in a science lab somewhere and still muttering 'affirmative' under his breath every 30 seconds

I live in South Normanton these days but still go down Beeston regulary to see family and friends etc. My parents live down Beeston Rylands

Good Luck
I used to live in New Basford many moons ago.

there probably are worst places, i've just not come accross them yet, lol, it's not known as 'brown town' for nothing!

family still live there though, so do go back from time to time, experienced so much crime when i lived there though, more so than work colleagues who live in meadows, st anns, radford etc and from what my mum tells me it's getting worse all of the time.

I hear people on hear saying how bad crime is in Australia, but i really can't believe that it is any worse than here, my friends bf got shot a couple of years ago, whilst she was with him & she was pregnant at the time (he survived), they were coming out of the cinema, and also a friend from uni,her brother was murdered last year, they are a really nice family as well (although i didn't know her brother personally), she was devastated.

Hi, we are from notts as well, but actually like where we live!

can relate to the Eastwood thing tho, we used to live nearby and were burgled by brothers who were from Eastwood, we knew his name and address as he was stupid enough to leave behind a court letter from that day, for another burglary, with his name and address on!!!

Simon and Clare - have you heard anything at all yet? also wondered cos i know you have done skills assessment, after doing the practical how long roughly does it take to get everything together for your visa app?

Thanks

Bec & jonny
