Anyone got a house to rent in Adelaide
Seans going to Adelaide on Sunday to spend a few days house hunting, we've spent hours on the net browsing through realestate.com and domain.com, not to mention the phone calls to agents requesting apointment times for rental properties, most are pretty unhelpful saying they'll call back etc and then dont!!!
So does ANYONE have an unfurnished house to rent in Adelaide,beginning of March..... short term, hell even a few weeks would work!!! will pay rent in advance, refernces anything..............

Do a 'google' for 'Adelaidebrits'. You should then discover a highly addictive, helpful web-site with a bright yellow screen.
Best to get to Adelaide, get yourselves along to the agents then start driving! Also pick up a copy of Saturdays Advertiser.
You may have trouble getting a short term rental (less than 6 months) a holiday let sounds more viable.

We have just arrived in Adelaide and had major problems finding any rentals!! But we have been very lucky as managed to buy a house with only being here for 6 days!!
Loads for sale and some really nice houses that are sooooo cheap!! But rentals under 12 months forget it!! Like the previous poster said you are better off in a holiday let!!
