Just heard from CO that last set of meds cleared over the weekend so with any luck we will wake up with a visa tomorrow, send crossed fingers

Couldnt sleep, came down at 4am and guess what we have it, its here we got the visa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 Just gonna try and bring the flights foward now hoping to get something going out the end of this week!!!

Hope you get a flight and start your new adventure soon. Still cant believe we fly tonight after all the months of stress!!!

Good luck Tammy and family on your new life in Aus, hope it is everything you have dreamed of for the last 12-18 months.

We have finally received our application forms by e.mail now, Oh now has to get them all completed and certify certs.

Keep in touch once you settle in, and give your views on Aus.

I know this is late but thankfully I got a quick 5 mins with you on msn yesterday. We just want to wish you all loads of love and enjoy your new long awaited life down under.

We are all very happy here in WA and it will only improve when the dog comes home tomorrow.

After all the months of paperwork and stress and I can now say 'we are here'!!!

We were met at the airport by 2 Navy guys shouting 'welcome to Oz guys'. This started things off nicely and fingers crossed we have settled into our new apartment. We are 25 floors up and the balcony is a bit scary!!! Today we are going to do boring things like tax file numbers etc, then the car hire arrives at lunch and we can get out and do some real exploring. The kids have been fantastic and although it is a massive change they have been great. Considering our son is autistic and doesn't like change he is doing so well.

The internet is something we have to go and find at the library and other places at the moment. Hopefully it will all be up and running soon when we find a house. We are off to have a look today so fingers crossed

Thanks to all of you for your kind messages and for your support on this bumpy ride we have put ourselves on. Be in touch soon.
