Any 457IE Visa successes out there?
Hi all,
I'm here on the old now defunct 457ie visa, getting closer to meeting the requirements stage. It's a hard bloody slog.
I'm now getting a bit panicked after the English Tea Rooms escapade in Melbourne. This is where an English couple met the visa reqs on a turnover, $208k, inc gst. They were refused the visa by DIMIA as they hadn't accounted for the turnover target plus gst. They had achieved everything else, & nowhere is it stated that the turnover target is plus gst.
Anyway just wondering how peeps were getting on, I hear lots of people returning home on this visa, with too few successes unfortunately.
