another question!!
Hello fellow forum friends..
I have another question, which i was hoping someone will be able to shed some light on!
I am planning to apply for an intertependant visa (with aussie partner) and was reading a post which stated that applicants who apply for this visa will be on a 2 year temp visa if they have not been living together for atleast 5 years (which i am fine about) but the post also said that the applicant can not apply for a mortgage when on a temp visa...is this true???
Also, my partner is contesting a loan which a bank is stating is not fully paid up, which he is now refusing to pay (long story) but will this affect my application if he has a paid credit history in australia?

Its not impossible to get a mortgage on temp spouse, but you may need more of a deposit.
