Another blimmin PR question!
I've asked this on the immigration forum too but thought I'd put it on here too as I'm more likely to get a resonse.
My employer has agreed to sponsor me for a PR visa as I am currently here on a 457 visa. I qualified in May 2003 so have less than 3 years post experience. I am of the understanding that I need 3 years post experience in order for my employer to sponsor me. Is this true? I have been working full time in UK and am now working at The Wesley in Brisbane.
