I just don't get it.!! why are people not paitent? phoning Adelaide means they have to employ someone to sit on the phone to answer queries. That person would be better employed in the application process.
We applied, then had an acknowledgment and heard nothing else for a year, which is what it said could happen in the application. Our whole process took 2 years!!
Paitence people.

What Adelaide should do is provide a web based tracking system. It could save a lot of time on both sides.

Just for reference for other people who may be reading this thread, the post office do an international signed for delivery service so you can be reassured that your item has been delivered.
Might be a better option that the delivery service Boomie used. Could save all that anguish and calls to Adelaide!
Checkout http://www.postoffice.co.uk/portal/p...&catId=5000003
or ParcelForce do the same kind of thing with free online confirmation of delivery or proof of delivery for an additional charge. http://www.parcelforce.com/portal/pw...&catId=4800007 with additional compensation up to £2,500.
