Hi, just wanted some info. Would like to start off in Adelaide in a nice area, I have two children aged 2 years and 7 years, was looking into an area called 'Clarence Gardens' - would you recommend this, am looking for a quiet enough well established area, but that is central to beach and city, and good schools too.
All recommendations welcomed.

Nice area, mixture of old 40,s style houses and some new development, can be expensive to buy into, as when houses become availible they tend to get knocked down for new buildings.
15 mins from cbd 10mins to Glenelg beach, fairly quiet suburb but gets noisy close to south road.
Schools in the area would be well established, mixture of catholic/anglican /lutheran/ and public.......................mm
