Hello everyone
today i just received my business short stay visa ,so i will be in oz arrond jan 15th ,and i am wondering if i can find a rental appartment for the period of 3 months ,since i read in previous threads that the minimum is a 6 month contract ?becasue unfortunately i got the "No further stay "condition so i cant saty longer

I know of Saville Apartments which friends used (2 CBD locations and one in East Melbourne I think) and Anya used Quest Apartments (quite a few suburban locations). I know you can get apartments at these 2 and others for <6 months; the trade off can be a higher monthly or weekly rental for the short stay. Good luck!

Not sure if much use but i was looking for places too short term so that I don't have to pick an area just yet. Go onto www.realestate.com.au and they have some.
Good luck i am making the big move in jan too!!!
