additions to MODL list

additions to MODL list
additions to MODL list does anyone know
are all the new additions on the MODL list going to get the extra point even if they are already on the system???
its just that we were paying bond $100,000 before new additions and now we are hoping we dont have to pay since hubby is now on MODL??
any one know any news???
HOUSE FOR SALE!!!!!!!!!!!!ANYONE BUYING??? OR ALL ALL PROSPECTIVE BUYERS WAITING FOR ELECTION TO END???

we applied April 2004!! just before "new system" amnd have been waiting, waiting, waiting ever since....
