ACS letter of receipt ?

Just a Quicky, I sent off my docs to ACS early December. I haven't received any letter of receipt and my credit card hasn't been debited. Is this normal. I don't want to bug them with emails yet.

I have noticed a few idiots posting what they hope are insulting topics, they are unfortunate individuals and would probably get bored if there were zero replies. Just a thought!

They normally don't send a receipt. ( At least i did not get one. but got my ACS
letter in 2.5 weeks)

Hi Glenn,
You really need to bug them for a receipt. There are some circumstances where the
receipt is necessary, but normally they don't give you one. The credit card payment
always seems to be processed last, too.
