Acknowledgement for Medicals/Police reports

Acknowledgement for Medicals/Police reports
Hi Expats,
We have sent our medicals + Police reports around two weeks
ago. I am reading the horror stories where some of those are
getting lost. I am wondering whether I should call them and ask if they have received our reports.
My questions are,
1. Does DIMIA send an acknowledgement?
2. If they send it, usually after how long?
