Default accomodation in Adelaide

Hi can any of you recommend a cheap/clean hotel/bed & breakfast accomodation for approx 3 nights in Adelaide, just looking for some accomodation when we first arrive, we have got a house to move into but just looking for somewhere to stay for the first couple of days, until we can get some furniture sorted.

Thanks

Nicky

Hi,

The Comfort inn's are cheap. Depends on what room you get as to wether they are ok. We stayed with them a couple of times, different ones in Adelaide and one room was fab yet another time we stayed it left a lot to be desired. They say you get what you pay for and we just wanted somewhere to put our head down.

We got three free nights at Mercure Grosvenor Hotel Adelaide on North Terrace, very near train station and casino. Havn't been yet but looks good from the website!
Or if you want to be near the beach there is a backpackers in Glenelg, you can get a private room and it has a good bar and near lots of facilities (library with free internet, tram line, restaurants, big supermarket and of course Bracegirdle's coffee shop with gorgeous chocolate!!)
