Accommodation in Perth
#1
Hi,
Can anyone help ? I may be moving to perth this year for work reasons but will be traveling initially without my wife. She will stay at home to finish her studies and will follow at the end of the year. I think we can just survive 2 or 3 months apart (newly weds)!!!
Anyway as we will be keep our current house in Holland (furniture etc) and not look at shipping until the new year, can anyone help with advise about renting a fully furnished apartment / small house in Perth, on a short term lease (max 6 months).
What sort of costs should I expect to pay ?
Where is the best value areas to consider looking ?
Deposits etc ?
any help would be appreciated.

Not sure how this will compare to other options mentioned (and I suspect it will be high) but you can try www.pomsinperth.com
That aside, surely you can't have a job in Perth - kong (despite never visiting the place) told me there werent any, so I re-evaluated my 3 years of research based on his informative and balanced information. I am now in turmoil, now that I know that someone was lucky enough to get a job!!
