I don't use this board much as I'm an expat in the US....but I have noticed that there are frequent comments from would-be emigrants who are having a devil of a job trying to sell their properties in the UK.

Something which may put a smile on your faces...over here in the States the commission for selling a property is a whopping 6% :scared: and the realtors will almost never go below that....
