Ive just got back from the dentist here in the UK, Ive been warned about the very high cost of dental care. So Im down to do 3 fillings next week @ at cost of £160 (includes xrays, and examination/cleaning.)

Anyone know how much the above would cost me in Oz?

Totally depends on the filling, paid $400 for one and only $80 for another really depends on so many factors, cleaning and exam was billed as $65 and I think xrays were $40 each, dentists can charge what they like tho there is no scale of charges they have to stick to, so prices can vary.

my son had to have 3 fillings last week and it came to $360 !! my daughter had a check up and she needs 4 fillings and her teeth coating with protective stuff this comes to $560 :scared: sweets and pop are banned in our house now !
