Hi there i am currently researching the best country to suit my needs, and would prefer north africa over europe obviously if my needs are suited of course as my main concern is good healthcare for my son who has arthritus which is another reason for an interest in north africa (climate!!) I have stayed in Tunisia for over 5 weeks i loved the country but the healthcare was a bit sketchy so if anybody could advise me on healthcare in any north african countries that would be great! Thanks all!
