Hi,
my Oh is in this field and he asks if you have a copy of excel as there is a formula in there which will allow you to calculate it. In simple terms the IRR is the rate at which NPV=zero, if yoiu have to calculate it manually there are formulas to do this , easy enough to look up on the internet (pm me if you want and he can help further)

If you have excel put the numbers in a spreadsheet and he can work out the formulas for you, otherwise just send the numbers
