Default UK Accountants & IT Professionals Searching for Work Abroad

I'm getting lots of enquiries from U.K. Accountants and IT Professionals looking to move from the U.K. for a better work/life balance especially to Offshore Centres, Australia, NZ and Spain.

Does anyone know of companies who are amenable to considering U.K. Accountants and IT Specialists and are currently looking?

Any guidance welcome

Thanks

Vincent

You could possibly try seek.com. There are ample jobs available.

But dont mind me asking here, just curious. Why is it that so many people want to leave the UK & move to places like Australia? Any particualr reason?

Thx

Generally people wish to leave the UK due to the current poor quality of life there. Are you based in the UK?

No. I'm currently in Sydney, Australia. But why is life in the UK of a poor quality? Is it because of the high cost of living?

High cost of living, high control from politicians, hoodied thugs that rule the streets, powerless police, lousy quality of public schooling and unaffordable private schooling, ever increasing hidden taxation, national health service thats going broke with horrendously priced private medical insurance that still won't protect you from MRSA and clo. dif. running rife through hospitals.

I could go on, but that gives you a flavour!

All these things are in Australia too, to a greater or lesser extent.

I know, but at least the weathers better

We can give my stepson a far better start in life over there than here - not least by being able to afford private schooling, something we'd never be able to do in a million years here.

And to be really honest, I fell head over heels in love with Oz on a WHV 16 years ago, it felt like I'd gone home. Its always been the long term plan to go permanently, and now we are finally moving towards being able to. Everywhere has its problems, I just want to be able to experience them in a country that I genuinely love, which sadly to say, is no longer the UK.
