Default ICAS qualification recognised by NZQA?

Aargh! This is probably similar to lots of questions that have been asked lately, but I qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland in 2006. I'm looking to move to NZ and I was wondering if anyone knew the answers to the following for my EoI (I can't find it anywhere):
  • Is the CA qualification recognised by the NZQA?
  • What is the reference number, type and level assessed by the NZQA?
  • What NZ qualification is my qualification assessed as being comparable to?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Should be considered as equivalent to at least a bachelors degree.

You should contact NZICA as well, as they recognise the Scottish CA qualification under mutual recognition:
