Default ACCA Home study or classroom?

Hi

I'm an accountant with a SW application to emigrate to Canada and unfortunately its going to take some time (4 years plus)

Whilst I'm waiting im thinking about doing my ACCA's to help gain additional points with emigration should the points rise during this time.

Could anyone tell me whether the same points are awarded regardless of how you study, or should I just go back to college ?

Many thanks
