One instance, it's $1M to buy a house and business, the next it's $1M for house plus extra for business.
All of which is made moot because you're bounding it around as fact, when it's just your opinion.
Others have also said they have gotten what they wanted for far less money.
It's all about location and if you aren't going to be specific, or consistent and well, plain wrong about a lot of information, you will be called out on it by other posters.

It is a dive but I've seen a ton of bands there over the years while propping up the bar.
