A few years ago the state of North Carolina, while cycling through the alphabet of three letter combinations on car registrations, managed to issue a number of "WTF" plates before there were complaints and they were withdrawn and replacement plates issued.
So far, after starting again at the beginning of the alphabet, they have recently reached F and I noticed this morning have been issuing "FAP" plates.

As far as I remember the complaint originated when a teenager mentioned the meaning of WTF to their grandparents who had recently bought a new car and been issued with a WTF plate. It spiraled out of control from there.

I refuse to comment on the police officers behaviour
A policeman who was shot three times handed the gunman a bottle of lube in court as he was sentenced to life behind bars.
Kevin Rojas was told by the officer, who has not been named, that he was a coward and the would "need a lot" of the KY Jelly where he was going.
