This is a bit scarey for me seeing as i hope to put my house on the market around mid april hoping to sell before i leave in september.
I might be lucky as my house is at the first time buyers end of the market...................bloody hope so anyways.
so who's a good estate agent then?????

Where abouts in Bradford do you live?
I live in Bradford too and have had one offer on my house and it's not in the estate agents window yet !
It was 3k under what we asked for but we added £2k anyway so not too bad. We are holding out though as it has only been in estate agents since friday.

Cold up there isn't it?
My hubby come's from top o't mountain.
Good luck with your house sale. Can't imagine you'd have too much problem. I think the secret is to price it high then accept a lower offer to make them think they've got a bargain
