I live in Bradford too and have had one offer on my house and it's not in the estate agents window yet !
It was 3k under what we asked for but we added £2k anyway so not too bad. We are holding out though as it has only been in estate agents since friday.

the house prices arent rising
we had a valuer round this week and he told us it was worth 25k less than it was 4 months ago??????????????????????????????????????????????? ??????
i cant work it all out just adds to the stress
