I don't know for sure but I'd guess the 33% figure is probably near enough, but those aside, the home grown players have seen them conning refs and gaining penalties etc, so have joined in with the cheating. No, not at all suprising. All this rolling around on the floor in agony one minute, and up running around like a two year old seconds after. It's farcical.

With regard to foreign players, English teams had far and away their best spells in Europe before they were even allowed in.
European Cup champions for five successive years from 77 onwards for example.
Also interesting to note that it's well over a hundred years ago since the first top tier English team played without a single English player in the side.
Not really difficult to work out if you think about it.

The Worlds best team were a little fortunate to scrape a very late draw tonight against little Costa Rica thanks to some debatable refereeing and suspect timekeeping.

They don't take those seriously, that explains the poor results against Argentina, Mexico, Portugal, Italy, England etc. Mind you, good side Costa Rica!
CM would have had an excuse for all those games!
