Here's a piccie I took yesterday. They've all but buried the little hut thingy and there's just a little hole left in the corner. But they haven't actually done any landscaping.

Not a lot, I'm afraid. They just seem to be doing little bits here and there. They've dumped a load of earth next to the larger of the 2 ponds but I've no idea what it's for. I'll let you know of any major developments if...

hi all they have started the gardens where the kids play area is to be made all the kerbing is down and have all the material there to put in the paveing, also heard that they are waiting on company to take away the electric pole that is in area and sum trees also.
also heard the shops are being put in one off the buildings oppisite on ground floor ie hairdressers cafe etc anyone heard of this plan? and where the pool is to be they are building sumthing first then they are going ahead with pool.that was of one of the builders but his engish is like my portuges zilch lol

Hi, just reading above. we have been here most of the year. its the first year for us and rather eye opening when watching the building industry at work. Everyone now on holiday and even more slower than before. But we have heard the same thing as above. we heard from developer agent that a shop, hairdressers and cafe/bar planned. But dont get too excited as if by magic the news changes. Pool a bone of contention but heard another building to go up at the end of the site by the pool first. Also another block at the end of the block by the ponds with fountains in it. Garden areas are coming along - very slowly so hoping September will bring some action. Going down to the council soon to find out more as bored with waiting. lol!

Thanks for the update. I just hope the shop, hairdressers, cafe/bar and hairdressers come to fruition. Maybe then some more of the apartments will sell.
