Saturday night is Chilli night. OH has been cooking this practically every Saturday night since we met back in September 1984 (I was nay but a child then ).

No I'm not bored of it yet. It's the one meal I never have to think about each week.

This evening is a pot luck dinner. I have made a pasta bake and a mega large almond slice.

Today be the fence raising up at a pal's lifestyle block ready for our sausages and steaks to be growed.

Chicken Korma with rice. I may chuck in some chilli in my portion as I am chilli addicted.

Pulled Pork for supper tomorrow.

Just put it on to cook low and slow for 10 hours.

I actually can't wait to eat it.

Porcine heaven.

Unhappy Re: What's for dinner?

Fush and chups.

First I need to go out for a run though because people will start to mistake me for the Michelin man .

well once hubby has stopped faffing about with his blinkin fish tank he should be getting on making corned beef hash. I've done some baking this afternoon so we have berry crumble muffins and red velvet cheese cake brownie for pud.

*Update* looks like we're just having pud now has MrF isn't inspired enough to cook corned beef hash

We missed dinner completely yesterday as we were visiting with friends who have newborn lambs and then had to go straight on to a party.

So, starved and famished and a little tiddlypom .

This evening will be a full roast chicken dinner. I've my middle aged spread to think of.

I like the sound of that

We're having 'something involving mince' It is yet to be decided and is dependent on the contents of the fridge
