on the USCIS website says that Chicago lockbox is for people not in removal proceedings :-( but i'm. I just called 800 number - but they have no clue about anything. :mad:

I just called 800 number and they can't process my AOS case because my biometrics were expired. The customer service rep said that I'll receive a new appointment letter soon.
